M3U Playlist Not playable with my Pioneer DEH P400UB

All,

I have a Pioneer DEH P400UB USB Car Stereo which is working great. I recently made a switch from iPhone to Android. I used my iPhone to play songs with my Car Stereo and used it extensively. With Android I am still able to use the Car stereo to play songs from my Phone. But I am not able to use the playlists from my Android phone as all playlists are in .m3u format which is NOT readable by my Car Stereo. I did not have this problem with iPhone as it did not use a .m3u playlist (I believe it uses XML).

That said, is there any way for me to use the playlists present in my Android phone thru my Car Stereo? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Convert the playlist from .m3u to XML if your certain thats what it uses.
