loud spl subs?

im looking for a single 12" spl sub that can get loud in a sedan at 1000 watts. i want something different. not the same old brands like, kicker,jl audio, rf, pioneer, alpine, cerwin. im wanting brands that the people in hawaii dont here about. for example, re, teo, massive, adire, u know thoughs brands that dont really advertise but put an AZZ WHOOPING IN SPL. thx for all the help, aloha.
