Loud as possible

Guys with a nine.2x running at 4 ohms what set up will give me the loudest output.

1 15"

2 10's

2 12's

all of which will be ported. I know specific subs will change it a little but generally speaking which would be louder. I have looked at some pb's, re sr 15, my budget being about 150.00.
