Wife got me a season ticket for the local MA lottery here, I think it starts the 29th. Winnings are only like a couple 100k I think but your chances are a lot better than with MEgaMillions, Powerball etc.

There are a few states where you have to be 19 (such as Nebraska) and some like Iowa, Louisiana and Arizona you have to be 21. Otherwise its 18.

at least for powerball. not sure about all states lotteries.
