OK all i'm am lookin for is a headunit that is in decent shape that i can replace my old headunit wit but i'm lookin one that is cheap(in price) but it still in good shape...i will pay out a good sum of money if it is worth it

Look on ebay under premier. I saw a couple used 860mp's (retail $4-500). One of them is starting at $20, They sell for $300 new on ebay. Just spring and get the new one with warrenty.

Steal one....its the cheapest way to go. not hard to find a nice cd player in a car without an alarm. Most people dont have good alarms these days.
