The build quality is great on them. They sound REALLY good. They can get peak above 2k, though some eq'ing takes care of that. They provide solid midbass and can play as long as 50hz with no problem in a well sealed door with a steep slope.

Not a fan of the brand but those actually don't look all that bad for a cheaper line speaker.

I had not noticed the xovers either. I think they are the coolest looking passive design Ive seen in a very long time. Sharp.

The Blaus' are the Velocity series, that line has come with some VERY nice items. The amps, the subs, the tweets and midbass from that lineup are very very nice.

I think I'd like sound coming from the front of me over the rear of me...but if its a bad concert I guess I'd rather hear it leaving out the door...but again thats just me...The first thing I do when I get a new ride is disconnect rear speakers...and tweeters in rear are def no nos in acheiving good quality sound....
