Ok, this box is for 1 12" type r. i was wondering if someone could look over it and see it this would work. Also, i have 2 subs, wondering if i should squeeze 2 in their or just have one. Let me know. Thanks

That box is a cubic foot too large. Try getting it around 2-2.5 for daily. Fb is good to go though.

Would 2 be fine then in that size of a box?

If i put 1 sub in 2-2.5cubes how much port area should i include?

If you use one sub, I recommend 25-30 sq inches of port area tuned in the low 30s. You could probably get away with 20in^2, but I don't recommend it.

Ohhh, well i guess it would sound like shit if i threw 1 or 2 in the current design, so i guess im going to have to reconstruct it.

If you're going to use it at all, use it with two. Using it with one is asking for mechanical failure.
