Several years ago, I got home at around 5 am drunk as ****. I thought it would be a good idea to fry chicken breasts. Forgot the oil was on the stove. It went up in flames. Being drunk, I forgot the fire extinguisher under the sink, so I picked up the pan and moved it to the sink. In the couple seconds I held the pan, it was hot as ****, and I looked at my hand. The skin on my thumb and finger was melted off and dangling. I tried running it under cold water and the couple inches melted skin just flapped in the water. Had to go to the emergency room with 2nd and 3rd degree burns.

Was cutting zip ties off some wire with a knife last year and cut my thumb to the bone and cut the tendon in half, spent the night in the hospital and surgery the next afternoon, got a pin put in my thumb for 6 weeks and had 6 weeks of physical therapy. It's just now getting back to 100% movement

I also severed a tendon. Happened at work cutting some BS with a box cutter.
