Anyone know of any stores that carry circle jigs for routers? I would like to finish 2 boxes today, but don't have a circle jig.

got any plexi around? i made one i just ad more holes to as i need them..... took like 20 minutes to whip up.....

you dont even need plexi, just some 1/4" masonite, mdf, ply...

simply cut it 6-7" wide however long you want, say 24" and take the bottom plate off you router use it as a template for the screw holes and the center hole for the bit. screw it onto the router measure from the bit to the spot on the jig that is 1/2 the distance of the hole you want drill a 3/16" hole for the center pivot.

it is that simple.

yea i just suggested that cause its clear , and wood doesnt last like plexi ..... but yea theres enough other ways of doin it....

Just make one, you only need a piece of wood with a couple holes in it in the right places.

i was just at home depot other day looking for a bigger mine only goes to a 12inch hole and i want the one that goes to 20 inchs and they had like 6 of them
