Is iTunes the only way to acquire a single song legally? There are a couple tracks I want to grab but I don't want to buy entire albums just to get them. I'm just worried that iTunes format is aac not mp3, right? or are their downloads mp3s?

ya, don't use i-Tunes, unless you have an ipod.

back in the day I ran across an instrumental version of Outkast - Aquemini. It had such a sweet beat and thumpin bass that even being instrumental never got old. Very chill beat to cruise to at night.
