Lip Twitch?

For the last few days my lower lip has been twitching almost constantly. It is creeping me out. I can't stop it. Any body ever had this?

I get that evey now and again too. Also get a twitch in my arm that effects my fingers a little bit every once in a while.

I hate that. Its really annoying.

Sometimes my eyebrow twitches a bit too.

Yeah, a couple weeks ago my left eyelid had a twitch.. Lasted for days, and would come and go about ever 5- 10 minutes...
