Like new, i have only had this for a few months. It has been wiped clean of all my music and there are no scratches on the unit and there are none on the screen. As soon as i bought this i purchased the hard plastic case that protects the unit and has not been removed until i just took these pictures. It comes with the zune, usb sync cable, and the protective case.
