Got it in Nov, all the accessories are still sealed and never used minus the wall charger. Warranty is still valid, you can say it was a gift from a friend or family member. Can be unlocked if you want, has Android 1.6.

Put a hard shell case and screen cover as soon as i opened it, i want $250 obo + shipping/fees, yes its $150 from TMobile, but thats with a new 2 yr contract, and if your upgrading, there is a $18 upgrade fee, and taxes and shipping. Original price is $400, so my price is a really good one. Compared to craiglist ads. Lots of refs, its pretty much new!
