As I suggested Papago Park in Tempe worked last time. The location is far from residential and commercial areas, so we shouldn't get bothered by noise complaints.

I remember a while back there was a group of gay's doing chit out in the parks in public. got on the news and then you didnt hear about it scince. Maybe it's them...
