You knew you were breaking the TOS, but you did it anyway. You knew what you were doing was wrong, but you did it anyway. That's a lot worse than some people who were banned for doing things here that they didn't even know were wrong. Just so you know.

I'm not stupid, I did know posting those images was a big no no. Hopefully, now that the mods are able to put there foot down, people won't test the waters so much. As for you goob, I make no apologies, I simply leave you with this....Do what you have to do. You're quite capable of making your own decisions, you don't need others inputs as to what to do.

But phat doing this wasnt to much common sense. but it only caused us 2 hrs of shit. compaired to other people who are on here for weeks even months being **** faces. And there are the scammers who take away hundrads of dollars from inocent people. That is worth 2 hrs of nasty pictures to me. I would rather sit and look at a dog ****ing a guy for 10 hours straight then lose 5-600 bucks.

All they have to do is come back with a new name and scam more. It's not like banning is a solve-all to everyones problem. Phat knows that.

Just give banning powers to a couple of mature mods that you can trust and be done with it.

But it makes it alot harder. The more effort there is to it, the less someone will use that website.

If you ban someones ip its alot of hassel to each time get an Proxy, log in and post... take the proxy off so they can continue (dont accuse me of doing anything, I know this stuff cause I am network certified)

They will probally find another website and go there.

You're right to an extent, it won't stop people from getting scammed. But, it will also help to an extent. Would you risk loosing your name to have to start all over after you've made a few thousand posts for $30 or $40? I think it will make some people think. Also, after that scammer has given out there information, it should be made public, that way in case anyone comes across another "user" with the same address & name, then you put two and two together.
