Yes, under false pretenses. Anyone who agrees with Phats reasoning for doing this is dellusional and irrational. You don't play a lies and deceit game when you're trying to accomplish something. I agree, mods have needed banning power at times in the past, but do they all the time? Will it get out of hand? That was what I was deciding and was actually almost ready to grant them banning powers before tonight's drama. But now I'm thinking maybe the other times were just inside pranks too? Who's to know what was real and what wasn't?

I also don't see why PhatTony is getting the majority of everybody's anger... he did snitch, but if he didn't then we would still be thinking it was icix or whatever forum they were claiming to be.

What you don't understand is what I did...I knew was against the TOS. I didn't care, and I knew there was a small chance I'd get caught. Either way you look at it, there are going to be those that agree and those that disagree. You think I enjoyed googling that crap and then having to upload it to imageshack and whatnot? you make a valid point, and it would be foolish to say it wasn't done for some entertainment value. i dont know. i think for the forum to work better and more smoothly we need to have more communication with the people(s) in charge.. namely you. i mean no offence but we rarely see you or have a chance to communicate with you. i know you're a busy person but it couldn't possibly hurt to drop a line more often. this reminds me of why microsoft is failing right now. not because it dosen't have plenty of potential, but because the companys at war with itself and everything is getting missunderstood or not being attended to as it should
