Let me explain to you all WHY Bob is a scammer

Here's the same message I sent Goob:

Most of Bob's rebuttals to his other scams are at least plausible. But there are two things that definitely don't check out:

His original thread was calling out Geoff/Mossberg for spreading the word around here that he's a scammer because he didn't send that 2nd deck. His excuse was that the Alpine they sent him had a broken cd player when he got it.

Then, we found out that he SOLD that same deck to another person, on SSA. I called him out on it, for selling a bad deck to someone and thus scamming them. He came back and said that it was working perfectly when it left his hands.

So we have a conflict here...He claimed in the Geoff/Mossberg issue that he tested it and it didn't work, then he claimed with the SSA sale that it did work. This means that either A. He tried to scam Geoff/Mossberg out of sending them the other deck, or B. He scammed the SSA guy by sending him a bad deck. I'm going to assume it's the former.

And yes, I know that he said he is sending Geoff/Moss another deck. But that still doesn't shy away from the fact that he ATTEMPTED to scam them in the first place. There is no way around it, he IS a scammer and for that he deserves to be perma-banned like every other scammer.

I used to be one of Bob's biggest supporters, actually probably his single biggest supporter. But that doesn't mean I'm just going to stand by and watch him continue to scam others. I don't tolerate scamming, I don't care if I had known the person for years. It's unacceptable by all means.

Btw...Bob perma-banned me for NO BANNABLE REASON. This is not why it has come to this, I was already fighting to get him banned before I was. His only reasoning for banning me was that I posted a thread that was "harassing him", which even if I was, should only result in a warning as is part of the ToS. Instead, he perma-banned me, no warning.

There you go all. We don't need any of those threads for proof. This is all just based on words that came out of his mouth, from what he said in the Geoff/Mossberg thread and the other more recent threads. And yes, this thread is necessary, because it is as solid of proof as it gets. There's no arguing this, it's the truth and nothing but the truth. Bob deserved what came to him.

MODS: If you are to consider banning me for this thread, please just PM me and let me know what I need to change in order to not get banned. Still waiting on my actual username to get un-banned.

and the negative feedback thread of bob was undeleted and closed. It has all the proof in there as you may know.

Don't worry about it. But we cool on my other account. I don't really have any enemies here that I know of.
