Is there an actual legal obligation to fulfill a guarantee? Or is it a flimsy term tossed around mostly as a marketing gimmick? Obviously a guarantee SHOULD imply some sort of legal accountability by definition, but is it something that the word represents?
If you said, "100% Guaranteed" without any terms, would it mean anything?
I think if you said "100% Guaranteed or your money back" you would, but with it being vague I'm not so sure?
