Sad thing is they end up selling it at or near that price. You could put up a sundown sa12 for 120 and people would think it is over priced since it isn't kicker or alpine.

WHat are you thinking about doing and using? I might change my setup to SQL with old school gear all around.

I am going to be running a 12inch Boston acoustics g5 in a quasi 6th order. Got my amp on the way also. Researching techniques for improving response on the mid range. Getting a quote from sds on a full deal done to my two front doors. Basically I am set just doing some additional searching. I don't know what my component set will be depends on how much is left over.

I found that adding acustik dampening foam in the doors along with deadener in the metal and some liquid sludge helps give a natural sound.

I am going to have the full package done mlv, ccf, cld tiles and Extruded Butly Rope to help seal everything nice and well.

should sound clean then. mine does. I might redo my pods with less of an angle.

Totally you probably should have tested angles before you set it up lol. I will be doing a build vlog within about a week on the new setup.

no, it is fine for what it was originally designed for. I am going SQL now so I need more imagining.
