Couple laptops and both have their problems. First the black gateway. Im have a universal power cord for it, which is kind of finiky. It works but will cut out if not sitting how it likes i guess. And the battery may not be working right, it charges sometimes, but others not. Could also be because the power cord.This one is a little over a year old.

14 or 15" monitor, its a smaller LT

AMD Turion 64 2.2ghz

959MB Ram

Vista Premium

Nvidia GeForce GO6100

100Gig HD

Also has 26gigs, ~275 albums, of music i can leave on it.

Next is a silver HP. This ones works fine as far as i can remember. Bout 2-3yrs old. Its problem is that it needs an OS. It powers on but asks to register windows. I had someone "fix" it and this is how i got it back.

Specs are gonna be the best of my knowledge sense i havent used this computer in a awhile and cant access its system. But should be fairly close.

14 or 15" monitor

750MB ram

100gig HD

doin this one cheaper @ $200, and will offer the pair for $500 for the guy that knows what he is doin to fix them himself.

Id prefer to sell them as a pair if possible. And prices are +shipping

as far as i can tell it does, real hard to go too indepth with it with out the OS. It plugs in and turns on //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif Wish i could tell ya more. Its the laptop i had when i lived in houston, so it runs the TL pretty good lol.

Anything real special about it? reason for u wanting it?

I've got a Compaq v2000 and three 12cell batteries currently. I just needed something similar as a backup because I use it as my VOIP phone in Okinawa lol.

So all it needs is to be reformatted? I've got the recovery software for my V2000. Think it'll work since the DV1000 and V2000 are the same laptop?

as far as i know its just the formatting. And no clue if they are the same lol. Im in odessa, tx now. Bout 8-9hrs west of H-town. And have no problem shipping it somewhere in houston. Just give me enough heads up so i can get it there in time.
