Is this from the same director M. Knight Shamala or something like that? The last movie I saw of his was "The Village" and what shiet was whack!! Totally hype up non sense.

if anyone really planned on going to see this movie your just not smart. I've been hearing some stupid wispering kid on tv for 3 weeks now. It's not scary. It's not intreguing (sp?). I dunno what the hell it's supposed to be, I just think it's stupid and trying to be a little too creepy but not succeeding. After seeing the village I think M Night is just trying to hard to make a so called "shocking" movie that really makes you think.

That is one ignorant statement. No offense but you haven't even seen the movie have you. You obviously have something against M Knight because you didn't like the Village. Well, I agree the hype on the Village and probably this one advertise the movies to be something they're most likely not but that doesn't make them BAD movies and certainly doesn't make anyone who plans to see them NOT SMART. Edit: Would be nice to see him get back in the groove he was in when he made Sixth Sense, Unbreakable and Signs.

I agree. I think he has really strayed away from that type of genre for some reason. These new movies are I dont know, what would be a good comparison. Like you have dry comedy right, well its kinda like dry horror if that makes any kind of sense. I mean I kinda liked the village, but at times found myself pausing my DVR to see how much longer was left in the movie.

Village was whack? Wow.. That movie is insanely good, if you actually watch it. But if your into the same horror-flicks that come out year after year with shitty acting and loud music just to scare you in the theatre's.. then you probably dont like it.

True I did came in expecting a horror/thriller but was misguided. I gave him credit for taking it another direction but still from the preview it felt like it was a horror flick. Just not my type of pyschological horror I guess.
