L7 vs brahma

what would get louder a 15" brahma or a 15" L7 if they were powered by a 1500 hifonics brutus amp in a 4 cu ft box tuned at 38 hz in the same car ect. ?

probably the kicker l7 but then its all in the install...brahma would be very comparible and sound 50x cleaner
