Message: <blockquote data-quote="aaron7114" data-source="post: 2672837" data-attributes="member: 568210"><p>alright.  Got the wire in and put it in last night.  Everything worked good.  I didn't turn the gain up any but it wasn't shutting off even with the headlights on and the heater on.  Drove for about an hour and never had a problem.  I woke up this morning and turned my car on and the amp immediately entered protect mode in and out of it, even with the volume all the way down.  So I had to turn my cd player off.  I got out of school, started my car and turned my cd player on and it once again immediately went into protect mode in and out, so I turned my cd player off again.  I got home and popped the trunk and the amp had some smoke coming out of it.  I checked the connections and everything looks good.  The fuse under the hood is good also.</p></blockquote><p></p>
