that was kinda stupid and if some kid did some stances like that i would probably kick him in the leg
the mexicans ive fought like to swim.. that white boy gets my respect. doesnt matter how u bring it.. as long as you bring it when u say youll bring it.. the mexican dude was just trying to hold his own.. too bad he cant..
Actually his first punch looked like a correct punch. Held his form. He realized the kid could not fight so he just stood up and threw with him. The stance was probably more for intimidation...
//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/word.gif.64b12e39f936af3b4fff38a1c0bd0244.gif that dude got leveled though!!I just thought his Kung Fu stance was funny and then when he throws punches he stands up out of the stance and swings wildly.
your sig is frickin' crazy!!!!!http://www.putfile.com/media.php?n=hahahomie
Just seen this fight thought it was pretty **** hilarious.
Actually the white guy was blocking the mexican's punches and he just waited for an opening and hit the guy once in the chin and knocked him out. Here is a clip of kung fu in action and you will see 2 guys sparring about half way into the video and how they used the same exact blocks.(This video will only be available for a limited amount of downloads or for 7 days if the link goes dead I can reupload the video. http://s50.yousendit.com/d.aspx?id=2LBHB9S73QTYX1JLZ9ZNFZ0D2M ) I think the stance was used because of the distance apart and when they got close then he stood up to deliever the one hitter quiter also I do agree that maybe intimidation was a factor to. Just goes to show that martial arts training can be effective over sloppy street fighting with windmill punches...
What kind of kung fu does grappling? Some of those clips looked like judo/jiu jitsu sparring.
bjj and muay thai is all you really need!!
'bows and knees are nasty... last street fight i got into i broke this guys jaw and broke his nose in two places (i'm only 5' 7" @ 156lbs). as far as bjj and your training partner goes... it's just training. that's the way i see it. you have a pretty good selection of schools too!! just take bjj and kickboxing... when you're fighting, just throw some 'bows and knees in there.I would love to take muay thai because of of the knee's and elbows and the fact its so brutal. To bad down here in mobile we have bjj, karate, soo bahk do,kung fu,tae kwon do,san shou kickboxing, boxing and thats it. Sounds like a lot but its not very much of a selection when you think about how many different martial arts their are. Far as bjj yea it would be usefull in a street fight that goes on the ground because you could put them in a arm bar or submission and inflict some serious pain but I just don't like the fact you lay on your opponnet which more than likely in class will be a guy.

actually no... he was escorted to the hospital by the cops. believe it or not, i was a bouncer at this little latin club and he was messing with some females... long story short i grabbed him by the shirt pushed him out of of the club and let loose.Did the guy try to call the cops on you after you fu*ked his face up so bad? If I could afford to take bjj and kickboxing together I would but since I am working part time and going to college, money is tight. I am getting in soo bahk do only because its through my college and my college is paid(trust account). Not to mention even if I did have the money where would i find time to learn 2 different martial arts, work and goto college? BTW what martial arts are you in kadukuboy?
