The question is basically because Im searching for a basket that has about a 85mm coil opening. I can cut the opening on any basket as needed but all the baskets Ive found would leave no room for mounting to the motor.
Im not sure. The motor doesnt look as though it would be big enough to be holding a 3" coil. But I cant really tell from the pic I found.
The cast basket looks slick though. But it seems from my perspective to have the same issue as all the other baskets Ive found which is the base seems to small for me to modify it to work.
If it does have a 3" coil it should in theory work for me though...hmm. I found one that looks just like it but has an opening for a 2" coil.
Also the deeper the better on the basket. Id love to just get a 8w7 basket but I dont even want to think what they'd charge for that.
