You gotta admit that in the day those shows were the *******. Don't forget about Airwolf, Manimal, Quantum Leap (great show, still), MacGuyver, the Dukes of Hazzard, Magnum P.I. and the Greatest American Hero.

tru dat.... But.. Does anyone remember when the " Super Persuit" came in or was DL into KITT

Super Pursuit mode was just stupid. Yes, I understand there has to be some element of suspension of disbelief to even attempt to enjoy such a show...but that just went too far and is what turned me off of Knight Rider altogether.

Airwolf was one of my faves. StreetHawk (if anyone remembers that one) was also decent but short-lived.

I'm more than a bit of a fan of Ernest Borgnine so his character alone on Airwolf would have kept me watching if it hadn't been discontinued.
