I have my CDT hd62dt in my doors of my 2000 dakota r/t , the speakers are basically at your feet aiming down , I have a set of q-logic kicks and had them in for a while and they well sounded horrible !! , When you seal these kicks up do they really sound as good as being in the doors , I really like the way they sound in the doors but the volume that is lost due to the way the are facing is not good . Do you seal them up completely or just enclose them somewhat ??? The kicks are pretty hard to make because of the way the go up the pillar post hence the reason for buying q-logics . They fit great but definatly need something to make them sound right /. No bass in the kicks and sound tinny and very bright , Not like that in the doors , Please let me know how they sound in the kicks compared to being in the doors , SQ is my main concern , I understand the imaging part but dont you lose the fullness/depth being in the kicks ???
