kenwood XXV - VS NAKAMICHI cd-500 or IN-DV7

hey guys after selling out my 9835 to get the xxv-01d

i now got the vw passat monsoon system. it sounds great but its a double din.

now i have some ideas i want to do, but cant decide what is the best.

right now my kenwood xxv-01d is it better then a nakamichi cd-500 performance SQ wise?

i am not sure what to do. but the cd-500 matches my car better.

also the nakamichi IN-DV7 flip out screen, it looks good from specs. anyone use it at all?

or any good SQ flipscreen ors just mount in screen cd/dvd players with quality aswell?

price range would be under $1200 please for screens.

i need quality over quanity people.
