Kenwood x693 connect to Droid USB?

So ive been using a usb drive to play music and i just upgraded my phone to an HTC incredible.

When i hook up my phone to the HU it just says 'reading' and never goes anywhere or throws an error.

Anyone know the trick to get this HU to play music saved on my phone?

Is the phone formatted to FAT32?

Mount the sd card.

ya its the right format and i had it docked.

It was actually the 'usb debugging' needed to be turned off. Soon as i clicked it bassnectar started playin

sorry to bring this up again but i realized now that my HU only sees my phones internal memory. ive tried goin thru settings and mounting/unmounting the sd card before plugging in my phone but still just internal memory.

Also i realized it doesnt matter if usb debugging is on/off as long as i change it when i plug it in, kinda weird

i was thinkin since the HU only has one option when choosing your source as USB and the phone has 2 drives, the HU automatically just reads the first (internal) storage, anyone know if this is true or anymore knowledge on how i can access my SD card?
