sounds like my amp is fried.. wha does everyone think?:

i had everything working when i got a E-03 error, meaning speaker cable short. so i turn off amp rewire sub and turn back on- and amp doesn't work.. i have power (volt meter) but no redlight saying its on or anything. amp was working even after the e-03, was working until i turned off then back on. any ideas?
