I'd go with the Pioneer since it has a higher pre-out voltage, and just for looks, but that's just me.

Both of them are pretty good and either one would suffice, it just comes down to preference.

The pioneer has 4 volt outputs. That was a typo on amazons site.

Pioneer has 13 band EQ.

Pioneer is active capable.

I have 2 friends running them. Good head units.
