Kenwood KAC-9152D cuts out

Everything works fine at lower volumes, but once i turn it up the amp will start to cut out. Its only running a single 12 type arrrrgh and everything seems to be connected correctly. Probably checked it 3 or 4 times just to be sure. Suggestions anyone

Whats this in ? is wire sized right with a good ground. is altenater upgraded?

well if hes having power issues on an amp fused @ 60 amps, i would be surprised.

IDK man I've always had really reliable power from the Kwood KACs myself. Hard to imagine trouble with the amp IMO. Maybe back off the gain? and see how it does.

my best guess is running under 2 ohms, if he has a dual 2 version paralleled to 1 ohm, every time time he reaches "higher volumes" the amp will cut out, and eventually blow the fuses if not fry it.
