Just bought it off a guy for $90.00 on craiglist. The guy claimed that he had it powering two 10" 1000-watt audiobahn subs. I'm going to use it to power two jlw1's. Will that be overkill or not?

A 10w1 handles 125 watts rms and the Kenwood should give you 150 watts RMS per channel @ 4 ohms stereo or 460x1 @ 4 ohms mono. I hope your 10w1s are the single 8 ohm variety if you plan to run them mono because something tells me that amp will NOT like a 2 ohm mono load!

It's a 4 ohm sub

BTW My W1 is 300-watt rms

I must say the amp has made my system a lot louder and clearer then before and I only have the sub on one channel. This amp kicks ***.

yeah, I bridge it to get full power. But it's pretty powerful. I'd say it at least hits 400 watts. Underrated in my opinion.
