i am having the same issue with him

i bought a laptop hard drive on the 2nd of this month from him, i needed it fast so we agreed on a cross ship

well that never happened because he got busy, but not busy enough not to cash my check when he received it

he told me on the 14th that it had shipped on the 13th, but now it is the 20th and i still havent received the drive

i have quite a bit of information about this kid, if he's trying to rip somebody off he picked the wrong mother****er. he pm'd me yesterday saying there was a mix up and he was going to ship it today. i hope he did or he better ship it tomorrow.

if i don't have a tracking number by this weekend, he will have a problem.

i will post his mother and father's address, date of birth, home phone numbers, social security numbers and other info i have regarding them, as well as brett's cell phone, social security number, date of birth, home address, work info etc. i'll also be calling his parents regarding this. i sent him some of the info i have so he knows that i am not playing around.

i also know some people in his area who won't hesitate to pay him a visit. sometimes my line of work is a pain in the ***, sometimes it has it's benefits. i know it's only $30 but it's more the principal of the matter.

I understand your feelings on this and you're entirely correct...it is the principle of the matter rather than the actual monetary amount.

Having said that posting someone's personal information such as your quoted post has suggested you are more than willing to do is strictly prohibited on this forum. In this day and age of identity theft as well as many other atrocities that can potentially arise from the acquisition of information like that I would hope you can understand why.

Please leave your subsequent postings in this thread to facts relating to the satisfactory resolution (or the lack thereof) regarding your transaction and nothing more. Leave all else where it belongs ~ off the forum.

Please do not misunderstand my intent...I do genuinely understand your feelings as getting ripped off isn't anything that I would/could reasonably expect anyone to take lightly. However, two wrongs do not make a right, friend.
