Comes with trim ring,remote,harness. Unit is in very good shape. Only flaw is the endeof the usb connection is bent some. i got it like that. may be damaged, not certain.Arrived that way when i purchased it off ebay. I do believe that an ad on cord can be bought to replace it giving you the ability to play ipod. this link here:
