Kenwood Excelon Help...

Hey all! Ran into a problem and it has me stumped. I have a ground issue with the right front channel of my amp. I'm thinking ok until it can get this fixed I will run the 2 4 inchers left over from my system that I left out when we installed system from my previous car to help out my front stage. So simple enough or so i thought. When I went to hook these 4's up to run off my head unit, KDC-X589 I am getting nothing?? I run my speakers off the amp and sub off the sub amp. Why won't these 4's play off of the head unit?? What am I missing?? Can any of you Kenwood Excelon uses please help. Sure would apreciate any giudence and my front stage would too. Thanks!

maybe turn on the HU's internal amp?

Excelons have a feature where as you can turn the amp on and or off depending on your needs....I would guess you or someone turned off the HUs amp

your amp is probably turned off

go to the advanced options menu, and turn on the amp

Amazing how the internal amp creates no output when it's turned off, eh?
