ive also been interested in this. i spoke to many people. almost every forum i swa that people had the ddx. they are all happy w/ it. no complaints. i was going to get it, but now all these new headuits out... pioneer is coming out w/ the avic-d2 and the avic-z1 . well i dont know about you, but i do want nav and i think these would be cheaper than the kenwood...

Great unit with tons of audio features for fine tuning... I ran the Eclipse AVN5495 before getting my DDX8017 and the Kenwood is superior in everyway especially in the SQ department.
