These are hard to come by especially the 120GB DMS cartridges and to date the best mass music storage device I've used with car audio. In excellent condition (100% Working), comes with everything needed: Software (latest versions), Wires/docking station and 120GB DMS cartridge (extremely hard to come by).

Up to 120 Gigabytes of your MP3, WAV, AAC, and Windows Media (WMA). One docking unit plugs into your pc (USB) and another plugs into the kenwood car stereo. Upload up to 120GB of your music from your pc using the software onto the cartridge plug it in the docking station in your vehicle and go, quick easy and very convenient. Extra long wire makes for a stealth installation in vehicle easily reaching from dash to trunk/rear of vehicle/under seat.

Like I said this unit is 100% working and I can run the buyer through all the software and even install the unit if you'd like. I've included a few links regarding the music keg but if you have any questions or need pics please don't hesitate to ask, I'll have some up later today. Another thing I should mention is that the DMS Cartridge is 120GB but the software takes up some space so a blanked cart. ready for music totals a little less than 120 (I can get the exact # later).

Asking $425 O.B.O, I'm looking for a cheap cd player (just needs am/fm/cd no mp3 or anything fancy so if you were interested in a trade or just got one to get rid of let me know)

Realize my post ratio is low, so local transactions would be more than welcome. Pics will be up later tonight, pics with interested buyer's name written on something in the foreground is no problem. Also have a Kenwood HU I might consider parting with as well, would want to sell HU with the keg if I did sell it though. I'll get the model # on the HU up later tonight. Thanks for looking.

$375 Takes it this weekend!

The headunit is a Kenwood KDC-X891, I would consider selling the HU with the keg if someone is interested. 100% working condition, face has extremely minor hairlines that can only be seen if taken off and held up to light. Includes: wiring harness, cage, remote.

If no one has used these before and is interested in a brief summary of how these work. The Kenwood HU reads the Keg as a CD Changer and makes your music accessible in an easy to work with disc(folder)/track(file) format. Using the Kenwood remote with numerical layout you can easily jump to any disc(folder)/track(file). File name/Track name/ Track time/ Folder Name/ Disc Title are displayed just as they would any mp3 disc. If anyone has anything good to add about these speak up.

No I just recently formatted it and only got a little under 200 cds on it now. I could load it up for someone if I got list or they just give me a genre and tell me to have at it.

I should mention that adding folders/discs at a later point put closer towards the beginning/middle is easy as just dragging the folder to the number/position you desire if you wanted to set it up in an alphabetic format. And removing a disc/folder is done the same way you would with a windows folder just click and remove.

Post this up on a VW forum. Phat noise made the phatbox for VW that plugs into the factory CD changer cable...pretty sure I've read that the music keg can be hacked/modded to work with the factory VW radio.
