Kenwood DNX9140 VS Eclipse AVN 6610

Hey fellows, I bought a dd unit a couple years ago AVN 6610,it is still new in the box,it was one of the better units back then,My main thing is sound quality,I like the fact that you have control over the sub with this unit 6610.

i also have rear headrest monitors, so it is a good fit,but i have never installed a eclipse stereo, only kenwoods,alpines,clarion,so i am getting ready to install the system, but now i like the 9140 kenwood, is this unit just as good or better in sound quality,over all is the 9140 better, i like the fact that the nav is voice activated,i hear some units have problems with bluetooth running with the iphone,the 9140 has a 13 band equalizer and the 6610 has a 7 band eq,the 9140 should work better with the ipod and iphone

what do you guys think should i go with the 9140?
