Kenwood DMX5020 Firmware Update Problems

Hey there a quick question for anyone with a Kenwood head unit.

Tried to perform a Firmware update but it took longer than expected. Any reason why this would be now when it powers up just a black screen is there anyway or reason this could of happened. Can I just reflash with the firmware any tips or tricks ?

Have you tried to push the RESET Button on the HU yet?

Found the fix just needed to get a usb correctly and reflash fully working
