Do you know if this will fit an 09 f150? Also did Bluetooth function within the sync unit still work?

Yes this radio has the data option so all you have to do is plug and play and all oem sync options would work I actually have the faceplate kit for 2010 and up f150 I could throw in Im not sure if the face plate kit would work on an 09
