My IDA is great because it comes with support for ipods without any extra BS. What I'm not a huge fan of is the small screen and because I use a newer ipod touch, sometimes the headunit will act up a bit (pausing and skipping songs has a slight delay, and very rarely a song will cut out for half a second when it's playing). The CDE-123 is newer and from what I've read doesn't have any of these issues. Tbh, if you want to go with the IDA series, get the newer 300's. They have a full color LCD screen and don't have any of the issues mine has.Do you like your current head unit? whats making you want to invest in the 123? I've been debating on which to get actually.
Thanks. I was gonna do 6+ cubes but Corey said the sub doesn't need much space, and I think I might try 2000-2200 and see how it handles it.Nice job so far brotha. Your box looks like mine for my hdc318 except mines 6 cubes.
OMG - check your *******, I think they are twisted up pretty bad.dont call me and my facts b.s. little man behind the computer screen - he had four Orion 1200d's on a Solo X 12, was doing 49's at the glass in his Grand Cherokee. I took the box and sub in a trade down the line and removed the bolts, etc, and found burn marks. I didnt say he had charred and ashed out marks I just said there were burned. I have no reason to lie to anyone.
That link is not taking me to the video - brings me to my youtube homepage.Don't have the highs hooked up right now but you get the jist. I'm curious to see how much power I can give this thing before I start running into rattling problems.
