I met Stephen Mantz, of Zed Audio, today at his shop. One of the nicest people I've ever met, and even more helpful. Took my Leviathan II back. Loved the amp, but decided I wanted more ooomph for my subs, since I was using the 5+6 channels for that duty. I came across an Autotek BTS last week and took it to him to learn how I could have it powder coated. He took the whole amp apart and said he would keep the inners, give me the case, and I can send him the case once its done, and he will put it all back for me. Was a great experience. Zed Audio has one of the best customer services out there...

****, are you serious? Sorry to hear that. I am bout clean it all up and powder coat it pearl white. I know that isnt the original color scheme, but I think it will look clean and old skoo!

Ive never actually used it, how did you like them? I bought it, cuz I heard they are some great, solid amps.

he's a firm believer of "overloading" and drivnig amps hard. those bts even tho given a certain rating could take some low ohms. he had a habit of saying if it's zed and it's 2 ohm stable it'll hold at 1 with a fan on it. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif. if you plan on runnin that amp hard on some subs make sure you do put a fan on it as they get hot. while zed has them see how much he'll charge u to "beef up" the power supply. i loved my teks ran them for years.i had a pic on a site but i can't remember where.

I will only run it at 4 ohm, maybe 2 ohm later on. I will see about putting a fan on it too, I have a few lying around. and ok, just ask him like that? Beef up the power supply... Lol.

I am only going to be using the amp for a passive front stage... Just to throw that out there.
