I get that impression there's nothing on the planet to touch the drz. If you think about it, external power supply, the dacs, the component level of the preamp and processing, even down to the metal faceplate and copper chassis.. It IS the quentesential Pass Labs of head units. Too bad the market for these aren't large enough to bring out more models and resulting better pricing. It's a sure enough premium head unit for sure.. To go with that premium Dodge ya got going there. My fav car color too. saaaweeeeeeet! Makes me think I reeeeally need to consider that t-bird again.. The ONE American car (other than the viper supercar types) that turns me on.

But as far as an all-in-one-DIN-sized unit goes, I'm pretty sure the only thing in the same boat is the Eclipse CD7000.

That 9990 is a beast.. I wonder if anyone's done a shootout between these.

Awefully more expensive it seems for DVD and a remote though, but that's MSRP of $2400 US. Don't know what the street price might be.. I'll bet it's a dealer only item.

Blue, on the Cobra Mustang: No haven't seen it and can't find it. Shoot me a link. My market though will probably be a type of car that does nothing for you I'll bet.. 4 cylinders, many miles per gallon, ragtop and cool.. Audi A4 cabriolet is an example. Used to be a big saab fan also, but too much GM influence now in their design and parts. The new Volvo C70 is starting to bring me to tears also. Wish VW made a convertable other than 'chick' car beetles. Something that someone could actually afford.
