Just hooked my rainbows up, and i am amazed!

Got the SLC 265's. They get so friggin loud, but don't distort at all! With my CDT EF's in my old car, they got loud too but the tweeter would distort with them, which kind of sucked. Im scared because i don't know how loud i can play these things without damaging them though, because they never distort, and everytime i turn the volume up, they sound louder and better. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif Tons of midbass too.

I paid 200 shipped from Premier Audio on here. THey are getting 100 watts rms each, from a Nine.2

the only thing that sucks is when i turn the speaker bass up they smack against the stock grills lol, and make a really annoying sound. So i gotta keep the speaker bass kind of low.

i just tuned the gain on the amp a little better, and now they sound even better. They actually keep up with my RE XXX insanely good too, but they are starting to hurt my ears because i keep going outside in my car to blast them. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif They are just really forceful sounding speakers, thats the best way to put it. They would be amazing even with no sub, that is how full and loud they sound.
