Message: <blockquote data-quote="pilyin" data-source="post: 3560201" data-attributes="member: 550430">I'm in WA.  There are no points here 15 over wont get your license suspended and isn't automatically considered reckless driving.  Your best bet is to get the ticket deffered.  What you end up doing is you pay the full price of the ticket or (I believe) $150, whichever is greater (there wasn't any court fees that I had to pay for any tickets I've gotten in WA, OR, or AK) and if you don't get another ticket for a year the ticket disappears.  If you do get another ticket in that year, you pay for the second ticket and you pay for the first ticket again and two appear on your driving record.Just get it deffered and drive save for a year.  I did it and my original ticket is gone.  Just call up the courthouse and tell them you want to get it deffered.</blockquote>
