I read most of this thread and had to just laugh here...just laugh I say. What in the hell occupation do you have where you hire people straight out of college? Only a fool would do so. In my field (and many others nowadays) you start work in your junior year of college, not after you graduate. You would never get a job. Sheesh...this kid must have just got his associates or something. If you are advanced and in the field of international financial risk management (or maybe something easy like personal finance) we can talk...

You sure make a lot of assumptions. Who has a silver spoon? Here's my history in brief motherfucker. Grad. High school, screwed off too much, no scholarships. 6 YEARS in the MARINES! This gave me focus and direction, and cash for school. 3 year program for Automotive Technology, and about 10 years at the school of hard knocks in a blue collar job. Been married for 4 years, bought my first house 3 years ago. I have worked my *** off for everything I have, and I'll be damned if a little turd like you will imply otherwise.
