Just bought a system (input??)

Pioneer GM-3300T Amp

I'm only gunna be running 2 speakers for my car (it's a small cabin and the price for 2 speakers is nicer ). Does this sound like a decent setup? What gauge wire should I run for the amp? Is the amp too much for those components? Thanks for any input!

you'll want a sub...but the deck is nice, so are the components (are you sure you can't get 6.5s?) I actually have the 6x9 revs in the back as rear fill and their very nice speakers for the money.

that amp will be fine. Just set the gains right.

Sounds like a good system to me.

yea. will be decent enough. i had the 5900iB. it fried, dont know why. so i got the 6900UB. same thing, just with USB hookups. nice HU's.

Sub will be next if I get the money. The speakers I have now are 4" and 19 years old. So I'm gunna be making a speaker pod out of MDF and 5.25" is as big as can fit in I believe... Anyways, these are gunna sound a WHOLE lot better than what I have now so a sub can wait.

Speaking of subs, what ever happened to ascendant audio subwoofers? I always heard good things about their sq and they sold for so cheap. Their website hasn't displayed anything for sale in quite a while.

To reed dollaz...so the subs on the ficaraudio website are actually the same as the old ascendant audio subs? Or are the ascendant audio sub designs not yet been integrated into ficar?
