when you sell your car to the junk yard when its junk and they come take it away you have to give them the title or they cant take it right?

Depends how legit they are actually. I think legally they have to have a title, but I may be wrong.

I think thats how it works not 100% positive though my friend just junked a car and he for got to take the lambo door hinges off of it so i'm gonna go and get them for my truck(i hope i get them to fit)

Depends on state. Here in Ohio you have to have a title unless you sell the car to them for junk steel price not car wieght

Call the yard and see if they still have it. Explan it was not her car and the real owner wants it back, Do not be an ***, offer to pay for it.

If they took it then they do not need the title or don't care.
