So I finally saw Jucifer live again at my local shit hole bar. Man they are so amazing to see live. They simply put on one of the best shows around. I do have to say, I was severely disappointed in Lansing's turnout for a national act like them. Plus Amber is so effin hot. Don't have any pictures as of yet of the live show. Just wondering, anyone else a fan? I'd like to find some more lesser known bands similar to them... if anyone can point me in the right direction. Not a big fan of the completely spazztastic metal like Lightning Bolt (but when I'm in the mood they are great).

Anyone notice they [Jucifer] also toned down their amp setup? It's nice and bleh at the same time. The sound is much much cleaner, and you can really make out the songs they are playing. On the other hand, I miss the chest caving ear drum mutilating loudness that is Jucifer. They are still extremely loud, but I could still pretty much hear after the concert. Usually I have hearing loss for at least an hour after their shows. Again, its good and bad.

They are decently well known band. Metal/rock/... not sure. They are what they are. Their albums are generally softer with metal undertones and some heavy riffs, while their live shows are incredibly heavy and loud. Very good stuff
